CANCELLATION POLICY

I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-call and no-shows. A 50% cancellation fee for appointments with less 24 hours notice.

TARDINESS POLICY

 Clients are given a 10minute grace period. If you arrive after the 10 minute grace period has elapsed, you will be rescheduled. If you arrive after your appointment time but before the 10 minute threshold, your appointment will be shortened by the minutes you were late. 

PRODUCT PURCHASE POLICY

All sales are final on all skincare products. No refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions.

COVID-19 POLICY

 Contactless temperature readings will be conducted upon entry of the facility. Clients with an elevated temperature will be asked to reschedule. If you are experiencing flu like symptoms or have been in contact with s0omeone who has tested positive for the covid-19 virus, please do the right thing and reschedule until your symptoms have past.
